Frequently Asked Questions

  • The first step in the health coaching process is to schedule a 30-minute consultation. This allows consult will answer two questins:

    1. Are we a good fit for a coach client relationship?

    2. Are you truly ready to be coached?

    If the answer is “yes” to both of these questions, I then send over a Health History form and a coaching agreement for you to fill out for us to discuss in our first session.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes each and we plan to meet once a week. If another meeting cadence works better. (every other week, twice a week) This can be different for each client.

  • Each session begins with grounding breathwork and an opening dialogue of what’s new and good.

    We then follow-up on any action steps that that were discussed in the previous session.

    You then decide where the session goes! My practice is always client centered.

    I then proceed to ask a questions and we have conversations, reflections and brainstorm around your responses
