Frequently Asked Questions

  • The first step in the health coaching process is to schedule a 30-minute consultation. This allows consult will answer two questions:

    1. Are we a good fit for a coach client relationship?

    2. Are you truly ready to create meaningful change?

    If the answer is “yes” to both of these questions, I then send over a Health History form and a coaching agreement for you to fill out for us to discuss in our first session.

  • Working with me feels supportive, spacious, and deeply human. I meet you with curiosity, compassion, and practical tools that help you understand your patterns and build sustainable change. Our work is collaborative — you set the direction, and I help you move toward it with clarity, accountability, and steady encouragement.

    It’s a grounded, empowering process that helps you reconnect with your body, your intuition, and your sense of possibility.

  • Each session begins with grounding breathwork and an opening dialogue of what’s new and good.

    We then follow-up on any action steps that that were discussed in the previous session.

    From there, you decide where the session goes. My practice is always client centered. I am truly your guide on the side.

    I then proceed to ask questions, you answer intuitively and the magic truly begins.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes each and we plan to meet once a week. If another meeting cadence works better, that’s something we can discuss. (every other week, twice a week) This can be different for each client.

  • The short answer is yes. If you use an FSA or HSA account, you can get reimbursed for sessions. You can find more information on that here.

  • I offer two health journeys:

    Explore - This is a 6-week program program that I like to call a “dip your toes in the water” approach.

    Awaken - This is a 12-week program where we take a deeper dive into your multiple aspects of your wellness vision
